Empower Her is an AICT India initiative focused on improving menstrual health, hygiene awareness, and access to essential sanitary products for women and girls from underserved communities.

Menstruation is a natural part of life, yet millions of women and girls continue to face barriers due to limited access to sanitary products, inadequate hygiene facilities, and lack of education about menstrual health.

Why Empower Her Matters

According to global health estimates, billions of people still lack access to adequate sanitation facilities. In India, access to menstrual hygiene products remains a significant challenge for many women and girls.
